1. Use of Our Website

By using vistacart.us, you confirm that you are using the website for lawful purposes only and that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, and specifications accurately. However, minor differences in packaging, color, model, design, or product presentation may occur depending on manufacturer updates or supplier availability.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, payment approval, and availability.

Vista Cart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we detect incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, or any other issue that prevents successful fulfillment.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been shipped, courier delays are outside our control.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order.

If an order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible and a full refund may be issued.

If an order has already shipped, the customer must receive the package and return it unopened and unused before any refund can be considered. A $20 handling/restocking fee may apply for shipped order cancellations.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Our default store rule is No Returns for fulfilled items unless approved by our support team.

Opened, used, installed, tested, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for return or refund.

Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

Damaged items, once verified, are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing order issues and providing support where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vista Cart is not liable for delays, courier issues, incorrect customer information, misuse of products, installation errors, product compatibility issues, personal preference, or any indirect losses related to the use of our website or products.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
